Keystone's approach is to produce an exemplary service to the community by providing reliable property preservation services and support to a network of companies maintaining vacant, foreclosed properties. Keystone provides its clients with excellence in the industry, offers front to back support for contractors in the field, and provides a system of logistics and communications so properties find their way back onto the market.

The focus of property preservation and our main goal each day is to protect and preserve vacant properties. Keystone works with national mortgage servicers and our network of contractors to ensure each property is secure, free of health hazards, and maintained on the interior and exterior. All work is completed in accordance with applicable investor and insurer guidelines. Our vendors evaluate and report any potential damages or issues so that they may be mitigated in a timely and cost-effective manner. Keystone is here to assist our clients every step of the way, from securing through conveyance.
